Victor Bushell Sr., professionally known as Flash Victorious, is a Houston, Texas-based Gospel Hip-Hop artist, songwriter, producer, entrepreneur, and CEO of Extraordinary Collective Music. With over two decades of experience in music, Flash Victorious has dedicated his career to creating inspiring, faith-driven music that uplifts, encourages, and empowers listeners from all walks of life.

Born and raised in Houston, Flash’s sound reflects more than just his Texas roots. His time living in North Hollywood, California, and Denver, Colorado, helped shape a versatile musical style that blends Southern authenticity, West Coast creativity, and a universal message of hope. Since emerging on the Gospel Hip-Hop scene in 2009 and helping form the group HeRose, he has consistently honed his craft as both a writer and producer, developing a unique voice that resonates with audiences seeking motivation, faith, and purpose.

In 2021, Flash Victorious partnered with his brother, RIFICA, to release the collaborative album “Bridging the Gap.” Together, the brothers perform as The Douglas Boyz, a name chosen to honor their family legacy. The project, released on June 27, 2021, paid tribute to their father, Nathan Douglas, and their late uncle, Wilson Douglas—affectionately remembered as the original “Douglas Boys.”

Continuing to build momentum, Flash released the inspirational single “All Ain’t Lost” on August 31, 2023, featuring Bloudini. He followed that success with the powerful faith-centered anthem “Follow H.I.M.”, released on July 27, 2025. Both records showcase his commitment to delivering messages of perseverance, faith, redemption, and purpose through authentic storytelling and impactful lyricism.
